• Outer fabric: polyester, with construction, fabric weight, finish and final composition details confirmed through sample development. The illustrated woven texture is a concept, not a fixed technical specification.
• Shape & size: a cylindrical body with round ends. Specify the required finished length, diameter and tolerances rather than using rectangular bolster dimensions.
• Filling & firmness: submit your preferred filling and support feel for feasibility review. Composition, finished weight, recovery and firmness are established with the approved sample.
• Color & pattern: custom solids, subtle tonal seed-and-dash graphics or your authorized artwork. Approve the pattern scale, seam placement and colors on the selected fabric.
• Logo: discuss labels, suitable printed or embroidered branding, or packaging-led branding. Placement and application method are reviewed against the cover construction.
