Description
Cabana stripes meet a geometric sailboat print
YJ-307 brings a nautical direction to a custom microfiber beach towel collection. Broad coral and pale cream stripes create the main layout, with small viridian sailboats spaced across the fabric. Narrow end bands finish the design without competing with the print.
The reference specification is 31 × 78 inches at 299 GSM. This long rectangular format provides room for the stripe pattern and a separate branding area, making it a starting point for resort merchandise, beach retail and private-label collections.

Artwork that works with the towel layout
The sailboats are simple geometric shapes built from triangular sails and a curved hull. A logo can be placed in a reserved stripe or in an adjusted end panel. Supply authorized artwork and specify the required logo size so the layout can be reviewed at the intended finished scale.
Digital printing is proposed for this multicolor pattern. If you prefer a stitched logo, embroidery can be evaluated separately. Laser marking requires a fabric trial to check its appearance and suitability. Confirm the front and reverse treatment together; the images do not establish a double-sided print specification.
Choose the fabric and packing as one order
Microfiber is the specified material category, while the fiber composition, agreed GSM tolerance and care instructions should be confirmed for your sample. If your project has measurable absorbency, drying or colorfastness requirements, include them in the inquiry so the appropriate testing can be discussed.
Roll packing and folded packing are available to request, along with custom packaging. The gallery includes a proposed zippered pouch presentation. Confirm the pouch dimensions, material, closure, label artwork and cost before adding it to an order. Packaging shown in a visualization is not automatically included in the towel price.
From design approval to production
Start with the quantity per print design, preferred color references and intended sales channel. The reference MOQ is 200 pieces per print design; confirm how different colorways are counted. Review the printed sample for stripe alignment, motif clarity, edge finish, fabric feel and color before approving bulk production.
The listed production lead time is 15 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, subject to the final order details. Sampling and shipping transit are additional. Include your delivery destination and required arrival date when requesting a quotation.

Frequently asked questions
What makes the YJ-307 design different?
The proposed print combines broad cabana-style stripes with small geometric sailboats and narrow contrasting end bands. The reference colorway uses coral pink, pale cream and viridian green. Colors, motif spacing and logo placement can be adapted during sampling.
What material and size are listed?
YJ-307 is specified in microfiber at 299 g/m², with a reference size of 31 × 78 inches (approximately 78.7 × 198.1 cm). Custom size and GSM requests are welcome. Confirm the fiber composition and dimensional tolerance for the selected fabric.
Does 299 GSM mean each towel weighs 299 grams?
No. GSM describes fabric mass per square meter. Finished towel weight depends on dimensions and construction and should be confirmed by weighing the approved sample.
Can the colors be matched to Pantone references?
Send the full Pantone code for each required color. A physical fabric sample is needed to confirm the production match. The eight palette references and the digital images are starting points for development, not guaranteed screen-to-fabric matches.
Can I supply my own print and logo?
Yes. Provide artwork you are authorized to use, together with the intended repeat size, logo dimensions and placement. The stripe layout can be adjusted to create a clear logo area while keeping key details away from the stitched edges.
Which decoration methods are suitable?
Digital printing is proposed for the illustrated multicolor nautical pattern. Embroidery can be evaluated for a separate logo detail. Laser marking is subject to trials on the selected microfiber; it is not equivalent to full-color digital printing.
What is the MOQ and production lead time?
The reference MOQ is 200 pieces per print design. Production is listed at 15 days after both sample approval and deposit confirmation, subject to order confirmation. Confirm the MOQ allocation for different colorways. Sampling and shipping time are separate.
Is the pictured pouch included?
The zippered pouch is a packaging concept. Roll packing, folded packing and custom packing can be requested. Pouch materials, dimensions, labeling and extra costs must be confirmed in the quotation.
Which certificates apply to YJ-307?
Applicable certification and audit documents must be confirmed for the selected product and production site. Request the relevant documents and coverage with the quotation. No certification is implied for every fabric or decoration option.
Are these photographs of the finished product?
These are design visualizations. Confirm fabric feel, print colors, reverse appearance, stitching, packaging and care instructions on an approved physical sample before bulk production.
