Description

Contour Sprint: a fluid print for sports collections

YJ-207 takes its visual direction from movement. A group of sweeping, unevenly spaced curves travels across a periwinkle-blue field, with cream and golden accents giving the graphic a clear rhythm. Open areas keep the design balanced and provide room to develop your branding.

This microfiber sport towel concept is designed as a starting point for gym merchandise, club retail and private-label sports accessories. The fabric specification, dimensions, artwork and packing are developed together, so the finished product can fit your collection.

Six color directions with room for contrast

Persian Jewel is the lead reference for the blue-violet concept. High Visibility introduces a bright golden-yellow option, while Tender Peach offers a softer alternative. Rose Violet brings a stronger pink-purple direction; Eclipse and Silver Birch provide dark and light neutral choices.

Proposed color references
Color Pantone reference
Persian Jewel 17-3934 TCX
High Visibility 13-0751 TCX
Tender Peach 12-0912 TCX
Rose Violet 17-2624 TCX
Eclipse 19-3810 TCX
Silver Birch 13-4403 TCX

These names and codes are selected from Pantone’s New York Autumn/Winter 2023/2024 report. The historical reference is stated intentionally: the selection prioritizes differentiation from previous collections and does not claim that these are current bestsellers. Screen previews and generated images are approximate.

High Visibility is a color name here, not a safety or reflective-performance claim. Select the background and line colors together, then approve the print against a physical color standard on the intended microfiber.

Develop the curved artwork at actual size

The proposed graphic uses asymmetric arcs rather than a repeated icon. Changing their scale and position creates different views when the towel is laid open, folded or rolled. A logo can sit beside the curved group or in a clear area near one end.

Before sampling, review line widths, contrast and the distance between the graphic and the hem. Fine details can look different on fabric from their appearance on a screen. Supply authorized logo files and confirm the orientation for your preferred folded or displayed presentation.

Digital printing is proposed for the colored front. If a separate embroidered logo is needed, trial it on the chosen fabric. The reverse color and any reverse printing should be agreed independently; they are not established by the gallery.

Select the microfiber for your program

The images show a narrow, elongated format with a fine short-pile surface and matching stitched edges. This is a development direction rather than a confirmed manufacturing specification. Send your required width, length and target GSM, or describe your preferred hand feel for discussion.

Confirm the fiber composition, fabric construction, dimensional tolerances and care label during sampling. Review the towel both open and packed. A sample also lets you assess the print placement and edge finish together rather than approving each detail in isolation.

No cooling, antibacterial, UV-protection or measured drying-time result is established for this concept. If your collection requires a specific performance result, include the test method and acceptance criteria in the development brief.

An optional mesh pouch for the collection

The packing concept pairs a folded towel with a charcoal mesh zip pouch. The partly visible fabric keeps the product color in view while creating a separate surface for a label if required. The pouch is an optional accessory and should be quoted separately.

Agree on the mesh, zipper, dimensions, label and packed arrangement before approving it. Folded or rolled bulk packing can also be requested. Display organizers, tennis equipment and other scene props are not included with the towel.

Request a sample and quotation

Include quantity per colorway, required dimensions, target fabric weight, logo placement and packing format in your inquiry. Add any documentation or testing requirements so they can be reviewed alongside the fabric selection.

MOQ, sample charges and production lead time are confirmed for the chosen specification. Share your delivery destination and required arrival date when requesting a schedule; sampling and shipping must be allowed for separately.

Request a YJ-207 sample and quotation with your product brief.

Images are generated design visualizations. Final print placement, color, fabric, dimensions, reverse, stitching and packing require physical sample approval. Applicable certification or audit documents must be confirmed for the selected product and production site.

Frequently asked questions

What is the YJ-207 material?

Microfiber. The fiber blend, construction, GSM and finish are agreed during sampling; no cooling treatment or recycled content is implied.

What dimensions are available?

Send your required width and length for quotation. The images show a narrow elongated sports-towel concept and do not establish a production size.

Can the curved print be customized?

Yes. Line spacing, placement and colors can be developed for the chosen towel dimensions. Supply authorized artwork and review an actual-size proof before sampling.

Where can a logo be placed?

Reserve an open area beside the curved lines or near a short end. Confirm the logo orientation, size and distance from the stitched edge on the final proof.

Which colors are proposed?

Persian Jewel, High Visibility, Tender Peach, Rose Violet, Eclipse and Silver Birch. These references appear in the published New York Autumn/Winter 2023/2024 palette. They are design references, not a current popularity ranking.

Does High Visibility mean a safety-rated towel?

No. High Visibility is the Pantone color name. No reflective material, fluorescent performance or high-visibility safety certification is specified.

Is the mesh pouch supplied with the towel?

It is an optional packing concept. Pouch dimensions, mesh, zipper, labeling and price require confirmation; folded or rolled packing can also be discussed.

Is the same design printed on the reverse?

Reverse treatment must be specified separately. Do not assume double-sided printing from the concept images.

What is the MOQ and production schedule?

Request a quotation for your specification and quantity per colorway. MOQ, sampling cost and production schedule have not been fixed for YJ-207.

Are these photographs of a finished sample?

No. The gallery contains generated design visualizations. A physical sample is needed to approve color, print, dimensions, hand feel, stitching, reverse and packing.
