Our cloths are knitted from a split microfiber blend — typically 80% polyester and 20% polyamide — in waffle, suede, terry, chenille, twist-loop and glass (fish-scale) constructions, in weights from 200 to 600 GSM. Each cloth is made to order: you specify the weave, the GSM, the size, the colour, the logo process and the packaging, and we produce it to your specification.
Split microfiber works mechanically rather than chemically. The wedge-shaped fibres lift and trap grease, dust and moisture instead of pushing it around, so a cloth cleans glass, painted panels and screens with plain water and leaves no lint or streaks behind. That performance is what makes the category repeatable for distributors — the cloth is consumable, re-washable hundreds of times, and the brand stays in the customer’s hand every day.

High Absorbency — Up to 8× Its Weight
Capillary action between the split filaments draws water in fast; a 300 GSM cloth holds several times its dry weight and wrings out easily, which is why twist-loop and chenille piles are the default choice for car drying and kitchen spill work. Drying is equally quick, reducing odour and bacterial growth between shifts.
Scratch-Safe on Paint, Coatings & Optics
The soft rounded fibre profile lifts abrasive grit away from the surface rather than dragging it across, so the cloth is safe on automotive clear coat, ceramic coatings, powder-coated appliances, gloss plastics and coated lenses. Edges can be ultrasonically cut or bound with satin tape to eliminate any hard edge contact.
Built for Repeated Industrial Laundering
Our cloths are specified to survive hundreds of domestic or commercial wash cycles without pilling, shrinking or losing absorbency, and can be produced without fabric softener finish to preserve performance. Colour-coding programmes — a different colour per zone or task — help HACCP and housekeeping teams control cross-contamination.
