Description
Coastal Kites: color with a sense of movement
A kite crossing a clear beach sky is the starting point for YJ-310. Angular diamonds, fine curved strings and small triangular tails create a lively print without filling every part of the towel. The signature concept pairs a warm orange ground with sky blue, cobalt and pale yellow-green accents.
This custom microfiber beach towel is intended for beachwear collections, resort shops and private-label merchandise. Its long rectangular format gives the artwork space to breathe, while folded sections show a smaller, more graphic detail of the design.

Build a coordinated eight-color collection
Sun Orange sets the warm direction. Horizon Blue and Strong Blue offer lighter and deeper blue alternatives; Bistro Green and Chutney create quieter versions. Spicy Mustard, Fiesta and Charlock extend the range into golden yellow, red and pale yellow-green.

These color names and references appear in Pantone’s London Spring 2024 trend report. They are selected as a coordinated development palette, not presented as a current bestseller list. Each version can change the ground and accent balance while retaining the same kite motif.
Choose your preferred background first, then review the contrast of the strings and smaller shapes on a fabric sample. Screen previews are approximate and are not official Pantone color conversions. Physical color standards and approved print samples should guide production.
A print designed around the finished towel
The layout uses simple geometric forms developed for this concept, without licensed characters or borrowed brand symbols. Kite size, direction and spacing can be adjusted to the final dimensions. Allow enough room around the hem so that important parts of the artwork are not lost during finishing.
For branded orders, a clear area near one end can hold an authorized logo. Check how that placement looks both laid out and folded. Digital printing is proposed for the full-color face; embroidery for a separate logo detail or laser marking should be evaluated on the selected microfiber before inclusion in the order.
Specify the fabric and reverse during sampling
The reference fabric weight is 299 g/m². This describes the fabric, not the net weight of a packed towel. The fiber blend, hand feel, construction tolerances and care instructions depend on the fabric selected for the order.
The gallery shows a thin, short-pile surface and stitched edge as a development direction. Review these details on a physical sample along with the finished dimensions. The front print does not establish the reverse specification: agree separately on a plain reverse, reverse color or additional printing.
If your buying brief includes an absorbency, drying-time or wash-colorfastness requirement, provide the relevant test method and acceptance criteria. The images do not establish performance results.
Optional drawstring pouch presentation
The proposed packing image pairs a folded towel with a simple natural-color drawstring pouch. It provides a separate space for labeling while keeping the towel’s graphic print visible when unpacked. The pouch is an optional accessory, not an assumed part of the base quotation.
Confirm pouch material, folded towel dimensions, branding and packing quantities before pricing. Roll packing, folded bulk packing and other custom formats can also be discussed. Beach props and photography surfaces are not supplied with the towel.
From development brief to bulk order
Start with your quantity per design, preferred color references, dimensions and packing format. The reference MOQ is 200 pieces per print design; confirm the treatment of different colorways before splitting an order. Include any required documentation and the delivery destination in the same brief.
The reference production time is 15 days after both sample approval and deposit confirmation, subject to order confirmation. Sampling and transport require additional time. An arrival deadline is most useful when paired with a destination and proposed shipping method.
Request a YJ-310 sample or quotation, or review the custom beach towel printing and packaging guide to prepare your requirements.
Gallery images are generated design visualizations. The approved physical sample defines final color, fabric, artwork placement, reverse and packing. Applicable certification and audit documents must be confirmed for the selected product and production site.
Frequently asked questions
What makes the YJ-310 design different?
Coastal Kites combines irregular diamond shapes with fine curved strings and small triangular tails. The proposed orange ground has blue and pale yellow-green accents. The geometry, spacing and color balance can be adjusted for a private-label collection.
What material is specified?
Microfiber is the material category. Confirm the fiber composition, surface finish and care label with the selected fabric sample; no particular blend or recycled content is implied.
What size and fabric weight can I order?
The reference specification is 31 × 78 inches, approximately 78.7 × 198.1 cm, at 299 GSM. Custom options can be discussed. GSM is fabric mass per square meter, not the weight of one finished towel.
Can the colors be matched to Pantone references?
Supply complete references and approve a printed fabric sample under agreed lighting. The eight proposed shades are drawn from the London Spring 2024 report as design references, not a current sales ranking. Screen colors are approximate.
Can my logo be included?
Yes, subject to authorization and artwork review. Reserve a small clear area near an end of the towel, then approve the logo size, orientation and distance from the hem.
Which decoration method is proposed?
Digital printing is proposed for the multicolor design. Separate embroidery or laser marking requires a trial on the selected fabric. Reverse color and printing must be specified separately.
What is the minimum order?
The reference MOQ is 200 pieces per print design. Confirm whether each colorway counts as a separate design before dividing the order into eight colors.
Is the drawstring pouch included?
The natural-color drawstring pouch is an optional packing concept. Its fabric, dimensions, labeling and price need quotation. Roll packing and folded packing are also options.
How long does production take?
The reference is 15 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, subject to the confirmed order schedule. Sampling and shipping time are additional.
Are the gallery images physical product photographs?
They are generated design visualizations. Confirm color, artwork placement, fabric, edge finish, dimensions, reverse treatment and packing against physical samples before production.
