Zhaoqing Yujia Textile develops private label microfiber cleaning cloths for home-care brands, retailers and cleaning-supply distributors. YJ-405 pairs a restrained solid-color design direction with flexible branding and packaging development, helping buyers plan a consistent range from cloth specifications to shelf presentation.

Full OEM & ODM customization
• Fabric: microfiber, with composition, fabric weight, pile structure and finish selected for the intended application. The fine texture in the images is illustrative and must be confirmed through a physical sample.
• Size: discuss 30 × 30 cm, 35 × 35 cm or 40 × 40 cm square formats, rectangular alternatives or your own specification. These are development options, not confirmed stock sizes.
• Color: custom solids, neutral palettes or mixed-color sets. Provide physical color standards or Pantone references and approve the final fabric sample.
• Branding: discuss woven labels, care labels, suitable printed branding or packaging-led brand presentation. Review any cloth-mounted branding for compatibility with the intended wiping surface.
• Edge finish: matching stitched edges, contrast borders or alternative finishes subject to material selection and sample review.
• Packaging: discuss paper belly bands, individual bags, retail boxes or multipack formats. Pack counts, label artwork and packaging dimensions are confirmed for each order.

The paper-band mockups show one possible presentation approach; artwork, materials and packaging suitability are developed to your brief. Q: Is YJ-405 a different fabric from YJ-404?
A: The current visuals and merchandising direction differ. An actual technical difference depends on the selected samples and agreed specifications; it is not established by the images.

Q: Can you supply paper sleeves with my brand?
A: Paper sleeves are a proposed packaging option. Artwork, paper specification, pack size and costs are confirmed during quotation.

Q: What material is used?
A: Microfiber. Blend, GSM and construction are confirmed during sample development.

Q: Are the cloths guaranteed lint-free or scratch-free?
A: No such performance claim is established for this concept. Define your intended surfaces and required criteria for sample evaluation.

Q: Can the cloth be used on screens, optical lenses or vehicle paint?
